1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy sets out the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of visitors to the website tvoyraschet.ru (the “Site”).
1.2. The Policy applies to all data that the Operator may obtain about a visitor while they use the Site. Using the Site means that the visitor has read the Policy. Optional data (statistics and advertising) is processed only after the visitor has given separate consent in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 152-FZ. The text of the consent is published on the “Consent to Personal Data Processing” page.

3. What data is processed
3.1. Values entered into calculators and document builders (amounts, dates, rates, weight, full names, passport details, addresses, etc.) are processed only in the visitor’s browser and are not transferred to the Operator. Data entered into document builders is not saved in the browser’s storage either: it exists only while the page is open. Document builder fields and the document preview are excluded from session recording by Webvisor. If the visitor uses the “Link to calculation” button, the values are included in the page address and are shared only with the people to whom the visitor sends the link.
3.2. With consent to statistics, the Yandex Metrica service processes: cookie identifiers, IP address, information about the browser, operating system and device (type, screen resolution, language), date and time of the visit, addresses of the pages opened and of the page from which the visitor came, approximate location based on the IP address, and actions on the pages (clicks, scrolling, cursor movement), including session recording using Webvisor technology.
3.3. With consent to advertising, the Yandex Advertising Network and Yandex Direct process cookie identifiers, IP address, information about the browser and device, addresses of the pages visited and information about interaction with ads.
3.4. When contacting us by email: email address, name (if given) and the content of the message.
3.5. Technical data: with every request to the Site, the hosting provider automatically logs the IP address, the time of the request, the requested address and information about the browser. This data is necessary for the Site to operate and to protect it against attacks.
3.6. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data. Information about weight, height, test results and consumption of drinks entered into the health calculators and the alcohol calculator does not leave the browser (clause 3.1).
4. Purposes of processing
- ensuring the operation and security of the Site — data under clause 3.5;
- analysing traffic and improving the Site — data under clause 3.2;
- showing ads, including personalised ads, and measuring their effectiveness — data under clause 3.3;
- replying to visitors’ enquiries — data under clause 3.4.
5. Legal grounds
5.1. Processing of data under clauses 3.2 and 3.3 — the consent of the personal data subject (Clause 1, Part 1, Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ). Consent is given separately for statistics and separately for advertising.
5.2. Processing of data under clause 3.4 — consent expressed by sending the enquiry, and the need to reply to it.
5.3. Processing of data under clause 3.5 — the Operator’s legitimate interest in ensuring the operability and security of the Site.
6. Operations with data
The Operator carries out automated processing: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
7. Transfer to third parties
7.1. Data under clauses 3.2 and 3.3 is processed by Yandex LLC (INN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021) on behalf of the Operator and under the terms published by Yandex: Yandex Metrica Terms of Use, Yandex Privacy Policy.
7.2. Data under clause 3.5 is processed by the Site’s hosting provider: [TO BE COMPLETED: name of the hosting provider, INN].
7.3. When the currency calculator is opened, the visitor’s browser requests the official Bank of Russia exchange rates from the server www.cbr-xml-daily.ru. In doing so, the owner of that server receives the visitor’s IP address and information about their browser.
7.4. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place. The Yandex services and the hosting provider store data within the territory of the Russian Federation (Part 5, Article 18 of Law No. 152-FZ).
8. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small files that a browser saves at a website’s request. The Site also uses the browser’s local storage (localStorage). Essential entries are stored only in the visitor’s browser and are not transferred to the Operator.

9. Processing periods
9.1. Data under clauses 3.2 and 3.3 is processed until consent is withdrawn, but for no longer than 1 year from the moment consent is obtained; after one year the Site asks for consent again.
9.2. Email enquiries are kept for no longer than 1 year from the date of the last message.
9.3. Hosting logs are kept for no longer than [TO BE COMPLETED: period, e.g. 30 days].
9.4. When the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law.
10. Visitor’s rights
The visitor has the right to:
- receive information about the processing of their personal data;
- demand that the data be clarified, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- appeal against the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court.
Requests should be sent to eto@tvoyraschet.ru or to the address given in section 2. The Operator replies within 10 working days; this period may be extended by 5 working days with notice of the reasons.
11. How to withdraw consent
- Click “” at the bottom of any page and switch off statistics or advertising. The Site will delete the Metrica cookies and reload the page.
- Delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
- Send a request to eto@tvoyraschet.ru.
You can opt out of data collection by Metrica on all websites using the Yandex Metrica blocker.
12. Data protection
The Operator applies legal, organisational and technical protection measures: data is transmitted only over the secure HTTPS protocol, access to service and hosting accounts is restricted, two-factor authentication is used, and the amount of data collected is kept to a minimum.
13. Changes to the Policy
The Operator may amend the Policy. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page. If the changes concern the scope of data or the purposes of processing, the Site will ask for consent again.
