About the project
Tvoy Raschet offers free calculators and document builders for everyday tasks: how much your mortgage payment will be, how to extract VAT, what you are owed when you leave a job, how to write a leave application or a receipt for a loan. We want every result to be verifiable. That is why each calculator comes with a formula and a worked example, and each template comes with references to the relevant legal provisions.
Calculations and documents are generated right in your browser. The amounts, dates, full names and passport details you enter are not sent to our server.
Editorial team
The site is run by a small team. Our editors write and update the texts: they study laws, letters from the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Service, and guidance from the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) and the Bank of Russia, and put them into plain language. Our developers turn the formulas into calculators, keep the site fast and make sure everything works well on a phone.
Every change is checked by at least two people: the person who made it and another team member, who compares the result against test cases and the original source. We do not present ourselves as lawyers, doctors or tax advisers. Our materials are for reference only, and in complicated cases we openly recommend consulting a specialist.
If you find an error or want to suggest a new calculator, write to us: eto@tvoyraschet.ru. We read every message.
How we check our calculators
- A formula from the original source. We take the formula from the law, a Bank of Russia methodology, official rules or clinical guidelines. Where there is no single methodology (as with diluting spirits, blood alcohol or our joke calculators), we use a widely accepted formula and state its limitations clearly.
- Test cases. Each calculator has a set of examples with known answers: calculations from official guidance, banks’ examples, manual calculations in a spreadsheet. After every code change the examples are checked automatically.
- Monitoring changes. We follow amendments to the codes, Bank of Russia decisions and Government resolutions. When a rate, the minimum wage (MROT) or a rule changes, we update the calculator and the text, and each page shows the date it was last checked.
How we prepare document templates
- Based on the law. Each template is built on specific articles of the Civil, Labour and Housing Codes, the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other legal acts. References to them are given under the document builder.
- Built-in checks. The builder warns you about common mistakes: a notice period for resignation that is too short, annual leave split into parts shorter than 14 days, missing essential terms of a contract.
- For reference only. The templates are suitable for standard situations. For property transactions, large sums and disputes, we recommend showing the document to a lawyer or a notary.

Advertising and independence
The site is free and is funded by advertising. Ads are selected and shown by the Yandex Advertising Network; each ad block is labelled “Advertisement” and kept separate from the calculations. We do not take money for mentioning banks, software or products, and advertisers have no influence on our formulas, texts or results. Ad blocks are never placed between the input fields and the result or the download button, so that they cannot be clicked by accident.
