Tariffs by city

Choose your city and the calculator will fill in the residential tariffs in force from 1 October 2026: water, sewerage, electricity for homes with gas and electric cookers, gas, heating and the major repairs contribution. If there is no confirmed data for a tariff in your city, an average value is used — the calculator will warn you about this. The figures on your own bill are always more accurate: you can enter them manually.

What makes up your bill

If you have no water meters

You are charged according to the consumption norm per person. In Moscow this is 6.935 m³ of cold and 4.745 m³ of hot water a month. If a meter can technically be installed but has not been, a multiplying factor is applied to the norm. Since 6 December 2025 it is 3 for cold water (Government Resolution No. 1871) and 1.5 for hot water. That is why people without meters usually pay 2–4 times more for water. You can work out the savings from installing meters with the water meter calculator.

Tariff increase in 2026

In 2026 utility tariffs are indexed on 1 October. On average across Russia the rise is about 10%, and from 8 to 22% depending on the region. In Moscow tariffs went up by 15%: cold water from 66.87 to 73.79 ₽/m³, hot water from 317.71 to 377.80 ₽/m³. Choose a forecast option to see how your bill will change.

When do housing and utility tariffs go up?

Usually once a year on 1 July, but in 2026 the main increase was moved to 1 October.
