1. Purpose of the site
The website tvoyraschet.ru provides free online calculators and reference materials. Calculation results are for information only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal or medical advice, a public offer or an offer of financial services.
2. Accuracy of calculations
We do our best to keep formulas and rates up to date and correct (how we check them). However, banks, tax authorities, the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) and other organisations may apply their own rounding and calculation methods. Before making decisions — about a loan, a deposit, tax or a pension — check against official sources and the organisations’ own documents.
3. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the site owner is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the calculations, or for losses related to the use of, or inability to use, the site.
4. Document templates
Document templates and builders are for reference and are suitable for standard situations. They do not constitute legal advice and do not take into account the specifics of a particular case, an employer’s internal regulations, the requirements of a particular institution, or changes in legislation after the date the page was updated. The user checks the document themselves before signing or submitting it and is responsible for the information entered in it. For property transactions, large sums and disputes, we recommend consulting a lawyer or a notary.
Documents are generated in the user’s browser. Data entered into the builder is not transferred to the site owner.
5. Medical calculators
The calculators for BMI, weight loss, glomerular filtration rate and child growth give an approximate estimate using widely accepted formulas. They do not make a diagnosis, do not replace a consultation with a doctor and must not be used to start or stop treatment.
6. “Leisure and Drinks” section
The home distilling calculators and the alcohol calculator are intended for persons over 18. The alcohol calculator gives a rough estimate and cannot be used to decide whether you are fit to drive a vehicle. The “How many sheep are you worth” calculator is a joke; its result is not an assessment of a person.
7. Advertising
The site displays advertising from the Yandex Advertising Network. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. The site owner does not check advertisers’ goods and services.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, design and program code of the site are protected by law. Quoting is permitted with a link to the relevant page of the site. You may freely use the calculations obtained with the calculators and the documents created in the builder.
9. Governing law
