A Russian state service that monitors buyers' rights, sanitary standards and the quality of goods. You complain to it about shops, cafés, carriers and other companies.

In Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus

Russia

You can file a complaint online on the agency's website, through Gosuslugi or in person at a regional office. The service can issue a company a warning, carry out an inspection if there is a threat to life and health, and give an opinion on a case in court.

Kazakhstan

In Kazakhstan consumer rights are protected by the Consumer Rights Protection Committee (Комитет по защите прав потребителей) of the Ministry of Trade and Integration and its territorial departments.

Belarus

In Belarus complaints about sellers are accepted by local executive committees (исполкомы) and the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (МАРТ), while sanitary supervision is carried out by hygiene and epidemiology centres.
