In Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus

Russia

It is calculated at the Bank of Russia key rate in force during each period of delay (Art. 395 of the Civil Code): debt × rate × days / 365 (or 366 in a leap year). Example: a debt of 100,000 ₽, 60 days, a 14% rate gives about 2,301.37 ₽. If the contract has a penalty, usually it is collected instead of this interest.

Kazakhstan

In Kazakhstan, for late payment of a monetary obligation, remuneration is collected at the base rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, unless the law or the contract provides otherwise.

Belarus

In Belarus, for using another person's money, interest is paid at the refinancing rate of the National Bank of Belarus, unless the law or the contract provides otherwise.
