Fixed payment added to the pension: what it is

Russia

From 1 January 2026 it is 9,584.69 ₽. After the age of 80 and with a group I disability it doubles (19,169.38 ₽), for each dependant (up to three) it rises by a third, and in the North it is increased by the regional coefficient. If you retire late, it is multiplied by a bonus coefficient.

Kazakhstan

In Kazakhstan a similar role is played by the basic pension from the state: in 2026 from 35,596 ₸ to 60,004 ₸ (70–118% of the subsistence minimum), depending on the length of participation in the pension system.
