Resignation (leaving at your own request): what it is

Russia

The procedure is set by Art. 80 of the Labour Code. You can withdraw your resignation before the notice period ends, unless another person has been invited in writing to take your place. Final pay is made on the last working day (Art. 140 of the Labour Code).

Kazakhstan

The employee gives the employer written notice at least 1 month in advance, unless a different period is agreed in the contract. Final pay is made no later than three working days after dismissal.

Belarus

Under an open-ended contract, the employee gives the employer 1 month’s written notice. Final pay and the work record book are handed over on the day of dismissal.
